In this episode we speak about the knock-on effect stress can have on the menstrual cycle during this time of uncertainty and speak to Sport and Exercise Medicine consultant Dr John Rogers around how to be proactive around protecting your immune system when training and more generally during this time, should we wear a mask when we're out and what should we be eating to bolster our immune systems? 

We also speak about typical menstrual cycle symptoms and why sometimes we feel like super-woman when we train and at other times feel lethargic.
