Show Notes

Whilst we're all still staying at home, in this episode we speak to GB triathlete Georgia Taylor-Brown and GB hurdler Jess Turner around how they've been finding lockdown and adapting their lives, goals and training accordingly.

Georgia speaks in depth about how she got into triathlon, her love of baking, why she has one day off social media a week and how she's been coping since the news that Tokyo 2020 was to be postponed.

In question time we address a question about the mini-pill and share some uplifting news stories which have caught our attention this week.

We have a dedicated question time at the end of each episode going forwards so if you have any questions please contact us on Twitter @female_pod or Instagram @femaleathletepodcast or email us your questions at femaleathletepodcast@gmail.com.

Your question can be anonymous if you wish. We would love to hear from you!
